Our Custom Process
All orders are custom, so please provide us with your preferred style, dimensions, type of lumber, and - if desired - an inspirational photo of your desired furniture. We will then provide you with a custom quote and arrange a free consultation to begin planning your project. Your project will be completed in the order it was received, which may result in a wait time. Generally, this is only a few weeks. However, rest assured that it will be worth the wait!
We will keep you updated throughout the creative process of building your custom piece, including when to choose your stain color. Once your project is complete, we offer free local delivery up to twenty miles away - any destination beyond that will be charged a modest delivery fee. Should you need your table for a special occasion, we can accommodate you for an expedited fee.
On the day of delivery, we may need a hand bringing your furniture inside your home. If applicable, we will do any necessary installation on the same day at no additional cost to you. Don't worry... we will be out of your way soon after so you can enjoy your new furniture - furniture we are proud of and the furniture you will love for years to come!

Q: Can you assure me that the product will be of the highest quality?
A: We are committed to delivering high-quality products and use the best materials and craftsmanship available. However, we cannot control factors like temperature changes or natural wear and tear that may affect the product over time. Once the product is delivered or taken home, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to care for it. We advise against storing furniture in damp locations.

A: Our tables are made with durable materials and are designed to withstand everyday use. Please note that softwoods are more susceptible to denting or shifting over time, especially due to temperature changes. We do not cover the natural wear and tear or any shifting caused by environmental factors. It is the responsibility of the customer to care for the furniture once it is in their possession.

A: The standard lead time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks, but the timeframe may vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. We will provide a more accurate estimate once we have all the details of your order.

While this treatment provides a level of protection, it’s important to note that weatherproofing does not guarantee resistance against extreme weather or conditions that may cause natural wear.

A: Prices vary depending on the materials, size, and customization options. We offer a free consultation to discuss your project and provide an accurate quote based on your specific requirements.

A: We do not offer a standard warranty. However, if your table warps within the first six weeks, we will work with you to fix the issue. After this time, we cannot accept responsibility for any natural wear, warping, or damage due to temperature changes or other factors. We do not offer refunds or returns. We stand by the quality of our furniture, and many of our customers have been enjoying their pieces for years.
